too tired lately to be brilliant
(or even ordinary),
and you know I can’t mess up the facade.
which meant i stayed away,
mostly.
i figure it’s time for someone
besides Mr. Collins to make the top of my list.
i want to travel again. horribly.
(how can you horribly want something?–that’s like wanting green beans!)
i’ve spent hours today looking up hotels
and hostels in Paris for Michelle’s class.
and living vicariously through the
pictures and maps all the while.
*sigh*
or as Mrs. Meers would say, “Oh, poot.”
p.s. have you ever seen a mosquito run around like a spider, trying to get away?
never have I seen a mosquito run around like a spider, but I did once ‘ere see a girl run and scream when a spider sat beside her…I too would love to travel. I want to see Scotland, my family’s point of origin, as it were…I have heard we are distantly related to the clan still in existence there that bears our name…but it can’t be right now…alas, I feel you on this oneThanks for praying
and no, you didn’t irritate me :0) And I still have many moments where compassion fails me when dealing with things that affect others, so I think that’s a growth point for many many of us. I’ll stop leaving comments now.
Ah, to travel. I love traveling, but seldom get a chance to do so. Jennifer and I may go with Michelle next summer, but even sooner, we’ve been talking about taking a road/photography trip through Texas. I think that would be nice. I love doing things like that. Just getting in the car and driving. Stopping whenever and wherever we want.
Mosquito running around like a spider…?
Gruesome? Nah, I’m a guy remember.
I remember someone kidnapped your teddy bear from Hollywood once, right? I think it was Ethan.
And thanks for the traveling suggestions. I think we might do that very soon.
Well, we call her that all the time. That was the only way I could think ofto spell it to where it wouldn’t looklike a guy’s name…or a robot’s name.:)
