Stephanie suggested Dairy Queen tonight so we went.
“Is it a bad
idea?” she asked.
“Yes!” I said. “That’s the whole
point!”
Mom didn’t know till we came back, but she didn’t mind
since
we brought her something chocolate.
It’s not the best dessert
I’ve ever had,
but I hardly noticed.
I was too busy enjoying the
whim,
the night air with the windows rolled down,
the small-town feel
of our little city at night,
Pilotdrift turned up,
and a rising moon that
looked like God had just draped a cloak over it’s shoulder.
Sounds like a great night. I enjoyed some of it myself. While being dodged.
I think you’ll be the first to hear.
Pilotdrift is great for tonight. I might put off sleeping and go see some old friends.
You guys are nuts, but the ice-cream is good!! I was a parent tonight. (had to go to my sister’s parent teacher meetings because the folks are out of town.. scary)
I also find it really cool that you guys know Dottie, through theatre, I’m guessing whereas I met her through UH. WOW, so cool!
i always love going out for ice cream.when i order a blizzard, i like to order it with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. :)yummy!
