In spite of rising gas prices and few extra thousand people in our state, life as we know it may not be much different.  But it’s still a good reminder not to take that life for granted.  Thankfulness…

            Oh, my baby,
when you’re older

      Maybe then you’ll understand

            You have
angels to dance around you shoulders

‘Cause at times in life you need a helping hand

Oh, my baby, when you’re prayin’

Leave your burden by my door

You have Jesus standing by your bedside

To keep you calm, keep you safe,

     Away from harm

              Worry
not my daughters,

          Worry not my sons

Child, when life don’t seem worth livin’

Come to Jesus and let Him hold you in His arms

Oh, my baby, when you’re cryin’

Never hide your face from me

        I’ve conquered hell and driven
out the demons

I have come with a life to set
you free

        Worry not my daughters,

    Worry not my sons

            Child, when
life don’t seem worth livin’

Come to Jesus and let Him hold you in His arms

            Oh, my baby,
when you’re dying

             Believe the
healing of His hand

Here in Heaven we will wait for your arrival

               Here in Heaven
you will finally understand

  1. Oooh, so that’s how the rest of the song goes…hanging around Steffi all hear is, “Oh, my baby, when you’re older.” Over and over again. It’s almost like a monk’s chant.

  2. i cannot believe that happened. it is so sad, and at the same time i get a little bit excited because God said that the earth would do stuff like this before He returns. i kind of wish i could be alive for it, but i don’t think i will be. well, i won’t be alive here i mean. what happened also worries me a little. this is exactly the type of thing that our enemies would wish on us right now,- billions of dollars of work for our country when we are at war. our poor president. he must feel like bad luck, this is the second horrible thing that has happened while he’s been president. and both of them happened around or in september of his first year of being president. thank God he is there though. imagine kerry handling all of this? ack.

  3. You have sugar cubes!!  How cute!  I told the children that they do exsist but they did not believe me!  When I get home they will learn that there are people in the world who still use sugar cubes!
