There’s some thing sweet about sitting at the computer on
a Saturday morning and hearing your sister play the Shire theme on the
piano behind you. Better than a CD right now…
I miss Steph. She went off at four this morning to actually
paddle in the prelims today, and since she had a ride, I didn’t really
need to go. So I stayed home to finish recovering.
I’m kinda bummed that I didn’t wake up to see her off. And
I hate missing out on stuff. Especially stuff she’s doing.
You’d think we were twins or something…
And then your sister starts playing the melancholy theme for Anakin and
Amidala…and you didn’t want to feel depressed. Thanks, sis.

She does have pretty good form, and was looking quite trooperish out there. Several people commented on how she looked good out there.
That thing is a catfish I caught in the creek behind my condo. I was feeding the ducks, and occasionally saw this big mouth surge out of the water to pick off bits of food (and probably ducklings when I wasn’t looking). So I grabbed the rod and reel and managed to snag her. I let her go though – I didn’t feel like cleaning fish.
Why in the world would you actually want to get up at four in the morning? I hated it!
I would really like to do the canoe race someday, it looks like a lot of fun.
Ya the race was fun. I got some good video and photos, but most of the good photos I got are on film. Meaning that nobody’s going to see them until I get some money.
